Three years later he was the first person to come to mind when we we re considering our new home purchase. We are 100% glad that we chose to work with Daniel. His experience with the greater Austin area and local resources were a big value add through the process.
I felt comfortable with Daniel right away and that started with his prep work leading up to o ur initial meeting. He was very accommodating to our schedule and took time in the day before our meeting to verify we were still getting together. Our neighborhood was a little quirky and hard to value. Something I felt I had to continuously remind the other realtors. Daniel, on the other hand, proactively pointed out the things that made our neighborhood different than the immediate area surrounding it and had a plan to develop the list price for our home despite the lack of many comps. In our initial meeting as part of the "must haves" in a realtor I explained that we are relocating to another state and I really needed a realtor that could be my advocate in my absence. Since our home was a new build and we knew which builder we wanted to pursue, Daniel was not particularly in volved in the beginning stages of the process. However, Daniel was always responsive to calls and emails in a timely manner throughout the 7 month building process. Daniel was at all of our meetings with the builder and even accompanied us on our walk-through. Daniel was extremely helpful at the end of the home buying experience and facilitated communication between us-the homebuyers, the sales counselor for the builder, our loan officer and our title company.
